Every bolt, tailgate hinge, and drain plug gets masked. The bed surface is sanded to 80-grit profile so the polyurea bonds at the molecular level — not just on top.
Heat & Spray
Polyurea hits the bed at 150°F and 2,500 PSI through a plural-component gun. It reaches 90% cure in under 30 seconds — building a continuous membrane with zero seams and zero entry points for water.
Inspect & Hand Back
We pull every piece of tape, check edge seals with a mil-thickness gauge, and walk you through the finished surface. Your truck rolls out same day — ready to haul tomorrow morning.
